General Information

  • You are only purchasing the digital file; Not the printed art

  • You CAN NOT under any circumstances reveal my real name

  •  I will always publish your commission under your name of gmail, twitter, etc, unless you indicate otherwise

  • I reserve the right to increase the price if your commission has many details, have differents versions (more than one expressions, clothes, etc) or have a complex design

  • The max i can take for one person is 2 commissions per time with a max of 3 characters each

  • I reserve the right to cancel your commission and return your money with restrictions (see the refund section) if you have been disrespectful to me or other artist previously

  • By requesting a commission you are automatically accepting the Terms of service and commission to comply with them. As well as promising that you will not ask PayPal for any refund of the payment

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

I hold every right to the produced artwork, so i may do whatever i think is necessary:

  • Promote me with this image and/or upload the artwork on my social networks (always giving you the credits if you are the creator/owner of the character)

  • Offer digital files on platforms such as Gumroad/Patreon or similar (in case you want to keep your commission in private it will have an extra cost)

As a customer you are allowed:

  •  Post the image on your social media (non-profit) and always giving me credit as an artist

  • Print the image to make merchandising (cups, posters, shirts) but only for personal use

  •   Use as a profile picture/banner on your social media (only for personal pages)

Your are not allowed:

  • Modify, trace, recolor or change any of my drawings without my permission

  •  Reproduce the copyrighted artwork commercially (Making money of it in any way)

  • Remove my watermark/signature

  • Use any of my creations in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

If you want to order an illustration for commercial use, the prices will increase depending on the work to be done.

The following cases are considered commercial use:

 When you receive benefits in the medium in which you are using it and/or you use the image in a way to attract the attention of the people

Using the commissions as a publicity (online stores, banners, etc.) or as a secondary part of a product as illustrations for content on Youtube, Twitch, decorations for a web page, etc. In these cases the price increase 50% for independent businesses and 150% for corporation/agency

Reproducing and selling the artwork

The illustration is a primary component of the product or is sold directly (such as printing on pillows, stickers, cups, posters, etc.) In these cases the price multiplies x3

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • Only ko-fi or Vgen payments are accepted (unless i give you other instructions)

  • I require the entire payment before starting the commission

  •  Payments are only accepted in Dollars (USD)

  • Do not send me the payment before I accept your commission, always wait for my instructions.

Vent Art doesn't have an extra cost for privacy

WORK SPEED

  • I will work as fast as possible, normally it takes from 2 to 4 weeks (per commission)

  • The maximum that i can take to make your commission is 60 days (per commission)

  •  I will always inform you if something comes up and there is a delay with your commission

  •  I will always send you WIPs/advances of how your commission is going but these will alway be screenshots

  •  if you need your commission by a specific date, is your obligation to notify me beforehand and depending on how close the date is, you will be charged extra

CHANGES ON YOUR COMMISSION

  • Sketch: I can change the pose, body or detail without extra charge

  • Line Art: I will only do minor changes such as expressions, chest size, etc; without extra charge (if you want to change the pose, i will charge you 50% extra of the price of your commission)

  • Finished: I will only change the saturation of the colors without extra charge (other changes besides the color are not available)

REFUNDS

  • I will refund 100% of the money if i have not started the sketch

  • I will refund 50% of the money if i have already started the sketch

  • Once i start the lineart the refund will not be allowed

IMPORTANT:

Paypal Mexico works in a different way than the normal Paypal, if you request a refund you need to wait within 3 to 6 days for me to return the money; that is because Paypal Mexico transfer the money automatically every 24 hrs and it takes between 3-6 days to arrive the bank account, so a refund between those days is impossible

There may be the occasion when the refund is given by the payment option because Paypal Mexico doesn’t have the option to "transfer to family and friends"

If you make a request to return the payment through paypal, you will lose all rights to any image or service that has been made for you. You will be blocked losing any opportunity to buy my art or contact me and your username and e-mail will be added to a public list so others know your actions
